Similar temperatures and conditions continue, 27–29°C. The island is at its driest and sunniest, making it ideal for trekking to Boiling Lake or hiking the Syndicate Trail. Early mornings are best for exploring rainforest trails, while evenings can be spent enjoying local Creole cuisine and village festivals.

March

Warm and dry, highs of 28–30°C. It’s a strong month for outdoor adventure, including canyoning, kayaking, and diving. The wind remains light, making sea conditions safe for boat excursions along the coast. Wildlife, including tropical birds and freshwater fish, is active and visible in rivers and forested areas.

April

Temperatures stay around 28–30°C, with slightly higher humidity and occasional short showers. The landscape is vibrant, and hiking trails are lush and accessible. Coastal activities, including swimming and snorkelling, remain enjoyable, and local cultural events such as music festivals enliven small towns.

May

Highs remain 28–30°C, with rainfall increasing slightly as the wet season approaches. Waterfalls are in full flow, rivers swell, and the rainforest is vibrant. It’s a great month for eco-tourism and exploring interior valleys, though coastal areas remain accessible for boat trips and beach visits.

June

Warm and humid, highs around 29–31°C, with regular short showers and occasional thunderstorms. Hiking is still possible in the cooler mornings, and rivers and waterfalls are spectacular. Snorkelling and diving are ideal in the mornings before afternoon showers, while evenings are perfect for enjoying local music and food.

July

Hot and humid, highs of 29–31°C, with frequent afternoon showers. The island is less crowded than winter months, offering a quieter experience for eco-adventures, rainforest hikes, and exploring volcanic landscapes. Coastal waters remain warm for swimming, kayaking, and diving.

August

Similar conditions continue, 29–31°C, with high humidity and short tropical downpours. Wildlife in rainforests and rivers is abundant, and the sea remains calm in sheltered bays. Early mornings and late afternoons are the best times for hiking, canyoning, and waterfall visits.

September

Warm and humid, highs around 28–30°C. Rainfall is still common, feeding rivers and forests. It’s an excellent time for photography and eco-tourism, including visits to boiling springs, hot sulphur pools, and mountain trails. Local markets offer seasonal fruits and crafts.

October

Temperatures remain 28–30°C, with gradually decreasing rainfall later in the month. The island is lush and green, and both inland adventures and coastal activities are highly rewarding. Snorkelling, diving, and boat trips along the sheltered bays are popular.

November

Warm, highs around 27–29°C. Rainfall continues but lessens compared with peak wet season. Trails and waterfalls are still accessible, and rivers are full, offering spectacular canyoning and tubing experiences. Coastal waters remain inviting, and wildlife viewing is excellent.

December

High season returns, with warm, sunny days of 27–29°C and gentle trade winds. Hiking, waterfall exploration, and river activities are excellent, and coastal conditions are calm for swimming, diving, and sailing. Island towns and villages host festive events, adding culture to natural exploration.
