March

The dry season shines with clear skies and highs around 29°C. It’s a superb time for diving at Bloody Bay Wall, visiting Stingray City, or hiking in the Mastic Reserve. Sunset cruises and beach picnics are perfect as the days grow longer and the island buzzes with springtime energy.

April

Warm, bright, and slightly humid, with temperatures hovering around 30°C. Easter festivities bring locals and visitors together, while snorkelling, reef tours, and offshore fishing trips are popular. Early mornings or late afternoons are best for beach strolls before midday sun peaks.

The onset of the wet season, with occasional showers and tropical humidity. Highs sit near 31°C. June

Hot and tropical, with highs around 31–32°C and increasing humidity. Thunderstorms are more frequent but usually brief. July

The height of summer. Expect highs near 32°C, sunny mornings, and warm, humid afternoons. Early risers can enjoy peaceful beaches and diving excursions, while evenings are great for waterfront dining, live music, and stargazing over calm seas. Peak hurricane awareness begins, though storms are rare this early.

August

Hot, humid, and tropical, with highs in the low 30s°C. Brief afternoon showers are common, refreshing the air and leaving skies bright. A perfect month for water sports, coral reef exploration, and island hopping. Early mornings and late afternoons are best for swimming and sunbathing before the heat peaks.

September

Still warm, around 31°C, with higher humidity and a slightly increased risk of tropical storms. Snorkelling, diving, and kayaking remain excellent, and it’s a quieter tourist period, offering more space on beaches and in popular attractions like Stingray City or Rum Point.

October

Temperatures gradually ease to around 30°C. Rainfall can still occur but often in short bursts, leaving plenty of sunshine for sailing, paddleboarding, and exploring the islands’ natural reserves. Autumn festivals and local markets offer cultural highlights alongside the beach activities.

November

Drier and more comfortable, with highs around 29°C. Winds pick up slightly, keeping humidity in check. The seas are calm, perfect for diving and snorkelling, while early-morning walks along Seven Mile Beach or through George Town’s streets are ideal for spotting colourful birds and enjoying local cafés.

December

Sun-filled days return with highs around 28–29°C, making it peak holiday season. Festive lights decorate streets and resorts, and the water sparkles for boating, diving, and paddleboarding.
