Cold continues to dominate, and snow is a possibility, especially in the first half of the month. It’s a fantastic time to discover the rich history at Fort McHenry National Monument or enjoy warm beverages at the bustling Kerr’s Liquor Store. The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra also has performances worth checking out during this month.

March

As spring slowly begins to creep in, temperatures rise to around 13°C. The city becomes more lively, with the beginning of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Locals flock to the Fells Point area for parades and festivals, and it’s an ideal time to visit the Inner Harbor for a leisurely walk or boat tour.

April

Spring is in full swing by April, with temperatures reaching 15°C on average. Cherry blossoms bloom in parks such as The Walters Art Museum Gardens, and it’s a great time to visit the Baltimore’s Farmers Market & Bazaar, where you can find fresh produce and artisanal goods.

August

November

The chill sets in as temperatures dip to around 6°C by the tail-end of November. The holiday spirit kicks off early, with the M&T Bank Stadium hosting festive events and light displays. It’s a good time for indoor activities such as visiting the B&O Railroad Museum or indulging in comfort food at the city's renowned crab shacks.

December

Baltimore’s festive energy shines in December with holiday decorations lighting up Camden Yards and The Inner Harbor. Temperatures are often around the single digits, but the city’s events, such as the Miracle on 34th Street holiday light display in Hampden, keep the spirit alive.
