Heathrow Express: From Central London To Heathrow In 15 Minutes
Heathrow Express offers non-stop trains every 15 minutes between London Paddington and Heathrow, with a fast, 15-minute journey time. Tickets start from £10 one way, and kids 15 and under travel free. Business First tickets include Fast Track Security in Departures. Enjoy free WiFi, power sockets, and plenty of luggage space.
You can purchase a Heathrow Express ticket in a range of different ways:

- Use your bank card to tap in and out

The price of Heathrow Express tickets depends on your chosen ticket type and which class you want to travel in. For example, a Single in Standard Class is £25 whilst the same ticket in Business First Class is £32.
If you arrange your ticket in advance with Heathrow Express, you can save money. An Advance Discounted Single booked 45+ days in advance is just £10.
You can also use a Railcard when travelling on the Heathrow Express to save on the cost of your ticket.
If you’re travelling with children aged 15 and under, they’ll travel for free.
- Standard Class: Kids aged 15 and under travel for free in Standard Class when accompanied by a paying adult. They can also travel unaccompanied if they have proof of air travel from Heathrow Airport – this includes a valid flight booking or boarding pass. They may also have to show proof of age
- Business First Class: Children aged 15 and under travel free in Business First Class only if accompanied by an adult with a Business First ticket. They can’t travel unaccompanied in Business First

Speed Through The Terminal With Fast Track
If you are departing from Heathrow, get your journey off to a swift start by sailing through security. Fast Track costs £12.50 per person and can be pre-booked in advance or even on your day of travel.
- Book in advance: Select from the available 1-hour windows; this should be no less than 2 hours before your flight
- Go to the Fast Track zone: Once checked in head to the Fast Track security entrance in your terminal
- Show your booking: You will have received an email containing your booking confirmation. Show this and your boarding card to the officer at the desk, and they will let you into Fast Track
There are no flight or cabin restrictions in place, although some passengers may already be eligible to use Fast Track security due to their class of travel. Please check with your airline or visit our Fast Track included page for more details. The Fast Track service through security is only available for departing passengers.
The hours of operation of Fast Track security are from 06:00 until 22:00. Hourly windows are available starting with the first window being available between 06:00-07:00 and the last window from 21:00-22:00, subject to operational requirements and availability.
If your flight is cancelled, you can amend your booking once you have received details of your new flight, subject to availability. Details of how to do this can be found in your confirmation email. If you decide not to reschedule your booking and your Fast Track security booking has not been used, Heathrow will issue you with a refund, upon receiving from you valid proof of flight cancellation, within 30 days of the date of your cancelled flight.
