Let us inspire you with these Thai beach destinations…

Koh Samui
Located in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Samui is one of nation’s largest islands and serves as a beautiful backdrop to relaxing beach holidays by day and fun hot spots by night. Discover a rainforest interior, ancient temples, a vast array of spas and amazing southern Thai cuisine.

Phuket
An eclectic island paradise, Phuket boasts everything from secluded beaches and family-friendly resorts to vibrant nightlife and boutique hotels. There’s something for everyone here, such as the beach parties in Patong to diving in the Andaman Sea, the nature of Khao Phra Thaeo Wildlife Park to the exclusive wine bars and restaurants of Kamala and Surin beaches.

Khao Lak
Nestled along Phang Nga’s west coastline and with three lush national parks in close proximity, Khao Lak has a truly relaxed atmosphere that is much quieter than some of Thailand’s other beach resorts. Given the sensational waters along the coast and surrounding small offshore islands such as the Similian Islands, diving and snorkelling are popular here.

Krabi
Krabi’s luscious rainforest and accessibility for island hopping makes it one of Thailand’s best beach holiday destinations. It’s so photogenic too, with limestone cliffs flanked by palm-fringed beaches at every turn. Hotel resorts here are considered to offer some of the most luxurious amenities in southern Thailand.
When to visit…
- The best time to visit southwestern Thailand including Phuket, Krabi and Khoa Lak is between December and April when the weather is most settled outside of rainy season. The same goes for Koh Samui on the Gulf of Thailand
- Temperatures are between 27-30ºC at this time with just a few day of rain a month. Similar temperatures are common too for the rest of the year, however expect rain a third of the month between May and September with rains peaking during October and November
- Holiday prices are directly affected by the weather season with it cheapest around September to November and most expensive from December to May
