Hunter’s yoga and pilates studio
Greet the rising sun and find a gentle flow to begin your day. Strengthen your core in the perfectly appointed easterly facing studio with wooden floors. The studio is located at Hunter’s Country House next to the main swimming pool.
Guests of Hunter’s and Tsala are welcome to join a daily morning yoga class or book a private yoga or Pilates session later in the day.
Hunter’s gym
Hunter’s fully equipped gym offers running, cycling, rowing and stretching machines along with a selection of hand weights allowing for a well-rounded workout. The gym is located at Hunter’s County House next to the main swimming pool and open to guests of both Hunter’s and Tsala.

During summer the open veranda doors invitingly coax in the evening breeze, while the mood is set for a sumptuous meal. Estate wines carefully chosen to elevate the meal, and a good selection of international beverages, enhance the dining experience. Decadent desserts complete the experience, teasing your senses as you ponder your next safari adventure. Chefs are committed to serve freshly prepared dishes and will deliciously satisfy any dietary requirements.

The veranda at the front of the colonial Gorah House overlooks the watering hole and the plains behind it. An idyllic setting to enjoy ‘el fresco’ dining, deliciously prepared daily by the Gorah chefs with passion and creativity.
Boma dining

A choice between 2 thatched and 3 non-thatched rooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower only, are situated in close proximity to the main building and just a short stroll from the tented boma and main pool area.
Orchard Suites
There are 4 non-thatched cosy Orchard Suites, privately appointed to the main pool complex. Decorated with interiors that meld past and present using contemporary textural fabrics in a calming palette offset by polished antique pieces.
Garden Suites
The twelve individual classic and cosy thatched roofed Garden Suites are each privately positioned along the winding paths of the fragrant country gardens. These suites are plush and peaceful, tastefully decorated in a restful palette, accented with romantic touches. Children at Hunter’s Country House
Hunters Country House is the perfect family getaway. It is a fun, secure place for children of all ages to play and have a holiday where even the youngest of guests is pampered. Staff make sure children feel like they have come home to 5 star luxury, surrounded by the forest and beautiful grounds.
For the younger children Cubs Corner is a designated area with a small paddling pool, climbing frames, sand pit and the Cubhouse, where they can watch videos, paint, draw and play games. Cubs Corner caters for children 0 – 6 years. Should parents wish to have their children looked after at Cubs Corner or require baby sitting facilities this can be pre-arranged prior to their arrival.
Hunters Country House will ensure that children of all ages are catered for from a dining perspective with a children’s menu available for lunch.
