Skiathos

What Skiathos lacks in size, it makes up for in its charm. With stunning scenery, verdant countryside and crystalline waters, Skiathos punches above its weight, which may explain why it has become a hit with many Hollywood celebrities.

In the south of the island, there are stunning golden beaches to be enjoyed as well as laid-back villages such as Troulos where you can sample local meze dishes in quaint tavernas whilst admiring the beautiful bay. Skiathos Town is a little more lively, with shopping, nightlife and exclusive bars and restaurants which are frequented by the many yacht-owners who visit the island. Once you have explored the delights of Skiathos, neighbouring island Skopelos and the Greek capital Athens can be explored by boat.
