Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. The Prize Draw is operated by Inspire My Holiday Ltd (“Promoter”) at 20-22 Wenlock Road, Hoxton, London N1 7GU
    2. The Prize fulfilled by Riviera Travel (“Operator”) at 328 Wetmore Road, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1SP
    3. THE PRIZE DRAW
      1. Only entrants fulfilling the requirements in section 6.1 will be entered into the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”).
      2. Winner will be awarded with the Prize.
      3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network
  2. THE PRIZE
    1. Prize comprises of two places, one cabin on the seven-night Blue Danube Cruise departing on the 16th October 2023. Return travel between the UK and the ships port. Seven nights’ accommodation aboard the 5* MS Emily Brontë’, based on two people sharing a standard cabin. All meals on board from the dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure. Captains Dinner. Excursions included in every port. Complimentary on-board tea and coffee, complimentary on-board Wi-Fi; and port charges and airport taxes.

    3. Prize is valid for travel on 16th October 2023, and is subject to availability.

    5. The Prize will be won by one winner.
    6. The Prize excludes all additional costs not included in the Prize description.
    7. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    8. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned in Condition 2.1, above. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
    9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Operator reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice.
    10. The winner and their guest must adhere to the government’s travel advice.
  3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The Prize Draw runs between 10:00 am (GMT) on Monday 20th March 2023 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 pm (GMT) on Wednesday 31st May 2023 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).
    2. No entries received before or after these times will be accepted.
    3. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Competition Entry form at https://www.inspiremyholiday.com/competition-sign-up/ during the Prize Draw Period and ‘Like’ the Inspire My Holiday Facebook page on https://www.facebook.com/inspiremyholiday/
    4. By entering the Prize Draw, winners will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
    5. By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to Promoter publishing name and Facebook profile, and to participate in any reasonable publicity that Promoter may require in connection with the Prize Draw, including social media channels.
    6. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Promoter or Operator
  4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over.
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize draw is not open to (a) employees of the Promoter & Operator; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or (c)members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    3. Entry to the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person.
    4. Winners must be eligible to claim the prize that they may win.
    5. The Promoter may require the entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
    6. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible or incomplete.
    7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
    8. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw, or the winner fails to prove his/her eligibility, or disqualify ineligible entries, and to award the Prize to another winner should a winning winner be found to be ineligible.
  5. AWARDING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
    1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (using Google’s Random Number Generator) by Promoter and will be notified via email on or before 15th June 2023.
    2. All other entries may be notified via email that they did not win and may contain commercial messages and offers.
    3. The winner is required to claim the Prize by contacting Operator in accordance with the instructions given in the email notification he/she receives from Promoter.
    4. In the event that the winner fails to claim the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions within 48 hours, Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner.
    5. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the Prize directly with the Operator.
  6. LIABILITY
    1. No responsibility can be accepted by Promoter for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason.
    2. Promoter shall have no liability for system failures on Promoter website or any third party websites.
    3. Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained, whether arising from any winner’s negligence, in connection with the Prize Draw and/or Prize.

  9. FINAL PROVISION
    1. The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
    2. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value without notice.
