WIN A FORTNUM MASON’S CHAMPAGNE & CHOCOLATE GIFT BOX* WORTH £90 COMPETITION
The promoter is Inspire My Holiday Ltd (“Inspire My Holiday” or “Promoter”), registered in England, company number 11803325, whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is bound by these terms and conditions. This competition is open to entrants across multiple platforms.
The competition commences at 12:01am (UTC + 01:00)[DR1] on Saturday 17 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (UTC + 01:00) on Monday 30th June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible, an entrant must enter the competition by completing the competition entry from. Only one entry per person. By entering this competition, entrants give Inspire My Holiday permission to publish their details (first name) on Inspire My Holiday’s website or social media channels. Entrants may revoke this consent at any time by written notice to Inspire My Holiday at the time of accepting their prize.
* The Prize Winner will win a Fortnum & Mason’s Champagne & Chocolate Gift Box (“the Prize”). The prize can only be delivered to an address within the United Kingdom.
The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not exchangeable for cash and may not be replaced or refunded.
Redemption of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will provide instructions on how to redeem the Prize at the time of notification. The winner will have until 30 June 2025 to redeem their prize.
If the winner does not accept any element of the prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.
One winner will be chosen at random between 08:00am (UTC + 01:00) on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and 05:00PM (UTC + 01:00) on Wednesday 2nd July 2025 and will be notified via email within 7 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
