Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. The Prize Draw is operated by Inspire My Holiday Ltd (“Promoter”) at 20-22 Wenlock Road, Hoxton, London N1 7GU
    2. The Prize fulfilled by Inspire My Holiday Ltd OR the appropriate Tour Operator in which your trip to Florida was booked through (“Operator”) at 20-22 Wenlock Road, Hoxton, London N1 7GU
    3. THE PRIZE DRAW
      1. Only entrants fulfilling the requirements in section 6.1 will be entered into the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”).
      2. Winner will be awarded with the Prize.
      3. The Winner will then choose which Prize they would like to receive from the two options
      4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network
  2. THE PRIZE: Option One £1,000 Towards A Trip To Florida (USA)
    1. £1,000 towards your trip to Florida (USA) booked through one of the participating tour operators within this competition
    2. Valid for Florida bookings made between 5th September 2025 and 31st December 2025
    3. Your Florida booking must include at least seven nights accommodation within the state of Florida (USA)
    4. No restrictions on travel periods
    5. The £1,000 will be transferred from Inspire My Holiday directly to the relevant tour operator once an applicable booking has been made. The Tour Operator will then process the payment and apply to your booking
    6. In the event of your trip being cancelled, the £1,000 will not be refunded to Prize Winner
    7. Terms & Conditions of your holiday booking will be provided by the Tour Operator directly
    8. Prize details and how to book your prize will be sent to the winner via email
    9. The Prize will be won by one winner
    10. The Prize excludes all additional costs not included in the Prize description
    11. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered
    12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Operator reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice
    13. The winner and other travellers on the booking must adhere to the government’s travel advice which includes but not limited to visas, vaccinations and insurance
    14. Participating tour operators for this prize option are: Ocean Florida, Travelplanners, THG Holidays, American Sky, Hays Travel & Purely America
  3. THE PRIZE: Option TWO £500 In John Lewis Vouchers
    1. Prize comprises of one £500 e-gift card from www.johnlewis.com

  4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The Prize Draw runs between 10:00 am (GMT) on 5 September 2025. (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 pm (GMT) on 9th November 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”)
    2. No entries received before or after these times will be accepted
    3. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Competition Entry form at https://www.inspiremyholiday.com/discover-florida-sunshine-fun-adventures/ during the Prize Draw Period
    4. By entering the Prize Draw, winners will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy
    5. By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to Promoter publishing name and Facebook profile, and to participate in any reasonable publicity that Promoter may require in connection with the Prize Draw, including social media channels
    6. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Promoter or Operator
  5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize draw is not open to (a) employees of the Promoter & Operator; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above
    3. Entry to the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person
    4. Winners must be eligible to claim the prize that they may win – By entering the promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions
    5. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request
    6. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible or incomplete
    7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed
    8. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw, or the winner fails to prove his/her eligibility, or disqualify ineligible entries, and to award the Prize to another winner should a winning winner be found to be ineligible
  6. AWARDING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
    1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries
    2. The Operator will notify the winner by email along with details of how to accept their prize
    3. Failure by the winner to accept the prize in the manner specified within 14 days, will make any claim invalid and another winner will be selected (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above
    4. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the Prize directly with the Operator
    5. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives
    6. If the winner wishes to upgrade their cabin this will be at an additional amount paid for by the winner
    7. Should the winner be unable to accept the prize package for any reason then they will automatically forfeit their claim to the prize

  7. LIABILITY
    1. No responsibility can be accepted by Promoter for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason
    2. Promoter shall have no liability for system failures on Promoter website or any third party websites
    3. Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained, whether arising from any winner’s negligence, in connection with the Prize Draw and/or Prize
  8. DATA PROTECTION
    1. By entering you agree to your details being passed to and processed by the Operator in line with their privacy policy and, if you provide your consent, to receive promotional emails, post and phone communications from the Operator

  10. FINAL PROVISION
    1. The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
    2. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into
    3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value without notice
