Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Toronto

On arrival, pick up your car hire and make way to your downtown hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Toronto

Explore the many identities of this cosmopolitan city.

Day 3: Toronto to Kingston

Head to Kingston and tour Fort Henry. An alternative route to Kingston passes through the quaint heritage towns of Prince Edward County.

Day 4: Kingston to Montréal

En route to Montréal today, you will be entering the beautiful Thousand Islands region, where forested islands lie amid tranquil river-ways.

Day 5: Montréal

Montréal is renowned for its active and cosmopolitan nightlife, Visit Notre-Dame Basilica, Old Montréal, Mt. Royal Park, or the underground city

Day 6: Montréal to Québec City

En route to Québec City, we suggest a stop at Cap-de-la-Madeleine to visit its famous basilica.

Day 7: Québec City

Explore Canada’s oldest city and its unique French heritage. Outside the city are the Montmorency Falls and the island jewel, Ile d’Orleans.

Day 8: Québec City to Ottawa

Visit more local attractions, perhaps the Wolfe-Montcalm Monument or Dufferin Terrace. Drive one of several routes to Ottawa, the nation’s capital.

Day 9: Ottawa

Use the entire day to see this historic city of pageantry and the arts. We recommend the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Rideau Canal.

Day 10: Ottawa to Huntsville

Head to Huntsville, close to the forested Algonquin Park. Spend the rest of your day taking in the natural beauty of the area.

Day 11: Huntsville

Why not take a leisurely canoe trip into Algonquin Park’s awe-inspiring back country? Or take an invigorating hike in nearby Arrowhead Park.

Day 12: Huntsville to Niagara Falls

Drive south and bypass Toronto en route to Niagara Falls. Why not pre-book a cruise or helicopter flight to enjoy a close-up of the falls?

Day 13: Niagara Falls to Toronto - End of Tour

Drive to Toronto through Ontario’s fruit-growing region. En route, visit historic Niagara-on-the-Lake and stop at the Welland Canal. Return to Toronto Pearson International Airport.
